ACADEMIC PUBLISHING SERVICE

Vesica Piscis is ACEAA’s academic publishing service, dedicated to the dissemination of artistic and research projects exploring the relationships between body, territory, ecology and contemporary artistic practice.

The service provides editorial support including publication design, layout, editorial review and, where appropriate, peer review, with the aim of ensuring the quality and coherence of each publication.

Our aim is to facilitate the dissemination of artistic research and research outcomes, as well as the production of books and exhibition catalogues documenting innovative practices in these fields. Through its publications, ACEAA seeks to foster critical debate and reflection on the relationships between artistic practice, the body and the environments we inhabit.

The publishing service also supports cross-university and interdisciplinary collaborations, providing a platform for joint research and artistic projects involving researchers, artists and institutions from different contexts.

Publications range from academic contributions and research-based publications to books and exhibition catalogues. ACEAA is committed to developing a high-quality editorial process supported by subject specialists and professionals in graphic design, editorial design and production.

Through this publishing activity, ACEAA aims to strengthen the exchange of knowledge between artistic practice, research and cultural production, while creating opportunities for collaboration among artists, researchers and institutions.

We invite artists and researchers to collaborate with us and use this platform to disseminate their work.
